| Formed by current CEO/President Doug Schwartz in 1988, Innovation was founded on the principle that technology should always enhance customer service, but never replace it. Innovation's first voice mail system was installed in 1991, and since then they can now be found in over 7000 hotel properties worldwide. Continually focused on taking advantage of the latest technologies, Innovation moved Innline to a Windows NT-based system in 1999. This allowed for many enhancements including co-resident InnCharge Call accounting, InnConnect Call Forwarding, and the PrivateLine DID Server. In the mid-2000s, Innovation once again sensed a change in future technologies and began development on the IP-based PBX ComXchange. Released in 2007, ComXchange is the first IP PBX built exclusively for hospitality. |
InnLine IP
InnLine IP is a next-generation voice mail system employing Session Initiated Protocols (SIP) to reduce integration and hardware costs. No digital or analog cards are required, virtual licensing is available for all SIP-enabled PBXs, and integration between a PBX and InnLine IP is accomplished through a single Ethernet cable. Also, InnLine IP comes standard in a cutting-edge industrial-appliance rack-mountable chassis, which eliminates the need for bulky and space-wasting components like PC towers.
InnLine IP is an easy-to-use voice mail that eliminates the need for message-taking and delivery, freeing up valuable staff time. Automated Guest Services (AGS) provides information to your guests with the touch of a button including: travel information, weather, road conditions, current time, room service and local food delivery, local food and restaurant information, theaters, shopping, and other attractions. InnLine IP’s automated attendant feature transfers outside calls directly to departments or individuals, further reducing operator console traffic.
Staff voice messaging creates more efficient staff communications, as special instructions, work schedules, and maintenance orders can all be communicated through
InnLine IP.
In addition, wake-up calls are guest-programmable, and are handled automatically by the system. So while a hotel guests will reap the benefits, properties will enjoy increased productivity and profitability.
